Description
Responsibilities- Experience in writing automated tests at various levels, including unit, API, UI (XCUI/Swift), and non-UI- Designing and maintain robust automation, frameworks and infrastructure.- Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance their skills and career growth.- Create automated tests and improve test coverage geared towards ensuring the quality of our automated tooling
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 10 + years as Software Development Engineer with demonstrated technical leadership experience.
  • 4+ years of designing and architecting tools and frameworks.
  • Strong expertise in investigating, debugging, and triaging complex issues independently and collaboratively
  • Solid understanding of automation workflows
  • Demonstrated experience with UI test development and SW validation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with, designing and maintaining CI systems
  • Comfortable with rapid development release cycles and tight schedules
  • Understanding of generative AI and experience in using Gen AI for various applications
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and excel at working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $129,600 and $236,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
