You possess a solid grasp of software development principles with C, C++ or Objective-C. You possess knowledge of test automation techniques and scripting languages. You have expertise in developing test plans, test cases and test scripts. You are effective at triaging and debugging regressions found by tests and use a data-driven approach to analyze quality trends and risk areas. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can communicate clearly while confidently driving multiple projects across many teams. You are curious and inquisitive, and seek to solve everyday problems in innovative ways. We need a strong software engineer to implement and extend the testing framework powering the quality of our devices. Experience in writing native application code for iOS in ObjectiveC and/or Swift is a plus. Experience with a scripting language such as Python is a plus. Knowledge of Camera concepts or experience with Photography is also highly desirable.
- Experience with test automation techniques and scripting languages.
- Experience developing unit tests and test plans for complex features.
- Understands the challenges of API design and maintenance.
- Proficient in Objective-C, C, and/or C++.
- MS/BS degree in CS/EE or equivalent experience.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment, and can communicate clearly while confidently participating in multiple projects across different teams.
- Passionate and inquisitive, and seeks to solve everyday problems in innovative ways.
