Working Student Internal Product Marketing (Insight & Reporting Tools) 20 hours per week, hybrid work model, preference for one year or more, student status required
What you will accomplish - Drive internal product marketing and adoption for Insight & Reporting Tools (Dashboards, CRM, etc.) across the Global Seller Development team — including go-to-market, enablement, and account management.
- Create and maintain user-facing content such as emails, Slack updates, short videos, FAQs, how-to guides, and metric definitions to communicate product updates and best practices.
- Deliver training and workshops for account managers and other internal users to strengthen adoption and effective tool usage.
- Coordinate beta programs and power user groups while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure smooth rollouts and continuous improvement.
- Conduct research and feedback collection (qualitative and quantitative), analyze results, and summarize insights for product and go-to-market teams.
- Provide user support and manage feature feedback
