Operational support for the Benelux Sports Marketing department, in close cooperation with the Senior Manager Sports Marketing Football, Sports Marketing Manager Multisport and Football Player Managers.
Translate commercial input into actionable requirements to deliver on time and in full, to all our important partners.
In charge of the total Benelux Sports Marketing orderbook. Order placement and tracking of it. Creating delivery notes so the products are delivered to our partners.
Proactively identify and address risks to deliver on time.
Develop meaningful relationships with internal stakeholders, to solve any potential delays for the Benelux Sports Marketing portfolio.
Act as the first point of contact/expert for all internal stakeholders and advise the senior management for input, to all external stakeholders.
Provide first-class Sports Marketing related service, within the boundaries of the contracts.
External: Partners, distributors, licensees and suppliers.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Fluent in English(written and oral)
Dutch language is a plus
Strong communication skills; written, oral and presentation
Structured, organized and process orientated
Ability to build solid service levels and relationships, both internal and external
High level of problem-solving ability
Proficient IT skills including; Microsoft, SAP, Microstrategy

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Degree with a focus onBusiness Studies and/or Marketingor a related field; or comparable experience preferred.
At least 3-5 years working experience in Account Operations, Customer Service or Supply Chain management; experience in Sports Marketing is beneficial.
