Responsibilities include:
Taking a customer-focused, data-driven approach to defining, executing, and delivering a product roadmap and product strategy
Contributing to the design of Capital One’s observability and monitoring strategy, and then executing on that strategy to improve our engineer and SRE experience;
Working with highly technical customers of a large platform at the center of the company
Engaging customers directly through a variety of channels to serve as the voice of the customer internally: identifying new capabilities, defining product features, and working closely with development teams to get those features incorporated
Working in a cross-functional group - you will work closely with engineering, design, operations, finance and executive teams to bring a product to life
Drive the product management practice within the organization, defining expectations and commitments
Operationalizing product metrics for the products you own and building the business case for new investment
Influencing senior stakeholders to use our products and sharing with them the outcomes we are enabling to strengthen investment

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience in product management, product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
3+ years’ experience in internal tools product management
3+ years’ experience with observability, monitoring, logging, and/or infrastructure-as-code
New York City (Hybrid On-Site):
$160,200 - $182,800 for Manager, Product Manager
San Francisco, California (Hybrid On-site):
$169,700 - $193,700 for Manager, Product ManagerThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
