JOB DESCRIPTION
You will report directly to our Repair and Overhaul Maintenance Lead and work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the safety and reliability of our products, contributing to the overall success of our repair and overhaul operations. • Perform detailed inspections and analysis of aircraft components to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct thorough examinations of repair and overhaul processes to identify any deviations or non-conformities.
• Generate detailed inspection reports and documentation to support compliance and quality assurance efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with the latest FAA regulations and industry best practices to ensure continuous compliance.

• Professional Development Programs • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an FAA Analytical Inspector or similar role in the aviation industry.
• In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations and industry standards related to aircraft component inspections.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision. All applicants for placement in DOT/FAA safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test, testing for Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines (amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA), Phencyclidine (PCP), and Opioids (codeine, heroin, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone). The DOT/FAA regulations require all employees, regular and temporary, in safety-sensitive positions, to be included in the Honeywell Anti-drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.
• Experience with inspection tools and equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
