Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver all aspects of process automation, including solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement, while adhering to firm standards, controls, and governance.
- Build solutions using intelligent automation tools, with experience in Alteryx, Tableau, UI Path, Instabase, and BPMN/Workflow tools like Camunda, Pega, and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements.
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to design, ideate, wireframe, and prototype features and experiences.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and BPMN process models. Design and influence the automation, tooling, and data strategy in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Map processes by reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and creating detailed process flows. Utilize BPMN to model, optimize, and document business processes.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Enhance the infrastructure required to support intelligent automation, facilitating scale and reducing time-to-market for automation solutions.
- Ensure compliance of IA builds against governance standards and applicable risk requirements (e.g., Jira, Data Use Council).
- Provide reporting, metrics/analytics, communications, and project support to management to ensure timely delivery against Objectives and Key Results (OKR), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and/or metrics.
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders. Mentor, coach, and develop junior talent within the team and across the firm.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in the financial industry, banking operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in developing automation solutions, delivering change, or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Strong technical acumen with advanced understanding of one or more "no-code/low-code" digital tools such as Alteryx or Tableau, and/or familiarity with programming languages like SQL or Python.
- Comfortable with both solution development and project management.
- Proven history in hands-on development and building end-to-end transformation projects involving low code/no code tools.
- Ability to independently deliver on multiple streams of work concurrently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical and non-technical information..
- Ability to proactively identify business needs and engage and influence global stakeholders.
- Capable of dissecting complex problems and creating clear solutions.
- Working knowledge of basic PM competencies, such as Agile methodology.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Experience in database management and API integration.
- Experience with BPM tools such as Camunda, Signavio, or similar platforms.
- Experience with platforms like Pega, Appian, Power Automate.
- Certifications in Scrum Master and Product Owner.
