What you'll
Expected start date: January 2025
Duration: Up to 12 months.
Schedule: 25-40 HR/week depending on course schedule
In this role,you'll:
- Support the Cloudified Services Demand Generation team in North America. We are based in Newtown Square PA headquarters and you will be required to work with us onsite 3-4 days a week for the duration of the internship. Flexibility in days of the week. Candidates who cannot commit to at least 3 days a week presence in the office for the duration of the internship should not apply, no exceptions.
- Perform a variety of tasks related to internal and external communications, such as writing campaign emails, presentations, brochures, newsletters, social media posts and/or editing, proofreading existing content.
- Own content management duties, to ensure all content is properly catalogued in our systems and shared on sharepoint, Digital library and in newsletters
- Leverage SAP systems to schedule email campaigns
- Support webinars using the ON24 platform
- Prepare and collect inputs for internal newsletters with focus on sales audiences

- Excellent verbal & written English language skills.English as mother tongue required. Capabilities in creative writing (social media, newsletters, emails, in a variety of tones) – will be tested during the interview process.
- Educational requirements: Pursuing a bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English or other related field
- Ability to travel occasionally within the USA and Canada. (1-2 trips per year of a few days each, will work with academic schedule/needs as needed).
