• Design, build, test and deploy cutting edge solutions at scale,
impacting millions of customers worldwide.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance and mentorship to a small
group of highly skilled and motivated engineers.
• Identify opportunities at the engineering and product side and
influence leaders and engineers to solve high impact problems.
• You will be partnering cross-functionally with Product, Data Science
and other EMs, to understand the data landscape and influence the
methodology choices.
• Partner across Engineering organization to establish strategic plans
and objectives to improve the mean time to detect and mean time to restore.
• Leads project teams for engineering projects by providing direction
regarding architecture and design; providing guidance regarding project
issues or roadblocks; reviewing and approving proposed solutions;
implementing new architectural patterns; and performing design and code
reviews of changes; ensure stability and scalability of the platform
• Root-cause analysis of complex problems involving multiple parties,
networks, hardware, and software that relate to scaling and performance.

• What you'll bring:
  BS or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Leadership experience in solutions architecture and design 2+ years of experience in building and managing large scale
  distributed, scalable,
• 6+ years of Front-End engineering experience with Web-based frameworks and languages including React.JS, Angular, Next.JS, GraphQL and Typescript
• Closely track Ad industry trends and best practices, including IAB recommendations, standards and proposed specifications
• Experience with Advertising ecosystem providers such as Media Trust, MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify, self serve ad tech platforms (Facebook, Adwords, GAM etc) is a plus
• Fundamental Web development skills (Core understanding of the web, services and how things integrate). Cookies, headers, server to server communication understanding is critical.
• Passionate towards web performance optimization. Can understand underlying fundamentals that make the page speed up.
• Experience working in a low tolerant technical service environment preferably supporting mobile or web-based products is a plus

• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good to have AdTech experience but not mandatory
