Job Description

As a Field Service Engineer, you will manage Customer relationship through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites.

Your Role:

• Assisting service repair, preventative maintenance, field change orders / installations.

• Identifying and solving customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication, and involving Service and Sales teams as appropriate.

• Operating under required knowledge of regulatory requirements.

You will have an opportunity to develop your technical skills in a multinational set up while working in a hybrid model.

You're the right fit if:

• 3-year Degree in Electrical Engineering or SAQA accredited Equivalent

• 1 - 3 years’ experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of technical complex systems

• Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language.

• Preferable experience in performing installations, corrective maintenance and planned maintenance on X-ray, Computer Tomography and Ultrasound systems.

• The candidate must be willing to attend oversees equipment training when required.

• The candidate must be willing to travel on occasional basis for support in other regions.
