As the Director, In-line Brands - Global health Economics, Value, and Outcomes, you will serve as the principal strategic and technical lead for our Neuroscience TA, primarily focused on the US market. You will develop and implement comprehensive evidence generation plans, including clinical, economic and humanistic evidence to meet the needs of different external stakeholders (Payers, HCPs, Patients/Caregivers, etc.). You will work closely with the Global TA counterpart, formulate and update the recommended function strategies including the update of the value proposition and the adaptation and training of relevant colleagues on RWE, indirect comparisons, economic models and value dossiers.

⦁ The individual will develop the evidence generation plan and provide HEOR input to the US brand planning and budgeting processes.
⦁ Work with external partners (CROs, External Experts, etc) to complete HEOR studies.
⦁ Provide HEOR subject area expertise to development of medical/clinical plans and studies.⦁ Build a network of clinical, HEOR and payer experts, including academics, policy makers, HTA representatives, reimbursement influencers and other decision-makers globally to increase the robustness of scientific studies in support of market access strategies.
