Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in sales, media sales, account management, marketing or consulting within a customer facing environment (on-boarding customers, building and maintaining a sales pipeline).
Experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, brand marketing, or in a media agency environment.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience improving business relationships and developing new business opportunities.
Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.
Ability to think strategically about issues and to develop recommendations and action plans.
Ability to establish relationships and presence with performance agencies or traditional media agencies.
