What you’ll do:

Schedule: 30 HR/week

Expected start date: December 2024/January 2025

Duration: 18 Months

This includes:

  • Development and production of the local employee communications weekly newsletter.

  • Assisting in internal communications campaigns.

  • Assisting in the execution and management of internal events, such as All Employee Meetings and coffee corners.

  • Content and material creation for internal communications platforms (written, graphic and video).

  • Creating social media graphic assets for executives.

What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Our ideal candidate would have the following skillset:

  • Excellent writing skills, with 100% English proficiency.

  • Graphic skills. Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator knowledge is a plus.

  • Knowledge of AI technologies to enhance the content creation processes.

  • Production and editing videos skills are preferred. Knowledge of Adobe Premier or Camtasia is a plus.

  • Organized and detail oriented. Proactive and creative.

  • Ability to work on several projects at the same time and meet tight deadlines.

Education Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Currently enrolled in an academic program

  • Bonus: Degree with a focus in journalism, marketing, communications, and/or advertising studies
