Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading VIP & network optimization projects across the BSC distribution Network.
  • Develop project proposals in partnership with the Distribution teams
  • Lead project ensuring scope is maintained
  • Capture best practices and share globally via playbooks.
  • Interacts with internal customers, by meeting regularly, responding to requests and explaining procedures.
  • Contributes to the development of play books and procedures that capture best practices and standardizes them across the BSC global distribution network.
  • Monitors compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. compliance with FDA, BSI, EEO regulations etc).
  • Contributes to the development and monitoring of project budget through regular analysis of cost and spending.
  • Develops a strong network across BSC through Global Collaboration
  • Demonstrates the BSC culture through living our values and behaviors

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 6+ years of experience in a supply chain related role
  • 5+ years of experience leading projects
  • Ability to travel up to 20%


Preferred qualifications:

  • Professional Project Management Qualification
  • Proven ability to influence without authority
  • Creative thinker who can develop novel solutions to old problems
