Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.As an Experience Designer Lead Senior ATM space, you’ll partner with an established product management and technology team to enhance and evolve our customer experiences in the ATM channel. ·Balance design strategy with hands-on execution to ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs
·Identify problems and goals, map user flows and information architecture, and prototype interactions
·Collaborate with product and technology partners to understand the capabilities of the channel and the complexity of potential areas for further enhancement
·Apply your UI and UX skills to enhance the visual and interaction design of the ATM experience, while considering the varied contexts of use
·Create design frameworks, systems, and components that aim to deliver consistent UX across a range of user touchpoints, aligning with existing design systems in use in other channels
·Drive continuity between UX prototypes and end-user experience; monitor and review development execution and design approvals
·Support user observation, research, and analysis to understand the challenges of our customers
·Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions
