Key Responsibilities:

• Installing and maintaining lab equipment, ensuring all devices are functioning correctly with the latest software version.

• Providing technical support to lab users and troubleshooting any device or test equipment issues that arise.

• Executing tests and documenting results accurately.

• Collaborating with various stakeholders to prioritize and manage procurement.

• Coordinating with suppliers and building lab test infrastructure.

• Managing lab inventory and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.

• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized lab environment.

• Using ladders and lifting equipment weighing 3-4 kilograms to perform lab-related tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience with testing equipment, android/embedded devices and using software tools.

• Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with usage of motion capture systems, robotic arms, android/embedded devices or XR devices.

• Familiarity with lab management software and tools.

• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a lab environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.

Associate's degree and 3+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
