Key Responsibilities:
Installing and maintaining lab equipment, ensuring all devices are functioning correctly with the latest software version.
Providing technical support to lab users and troubleshooting any device or test equipment issues that arise.
Executing tests and documenting results accurately.
Collaborating with various stakeholders to prioritize and manage procurement.
Coordinating with suppliers and building lab test infrastructure.
Managing lab inventory and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized lab environment.
Using ladders and lifting equipment weighing 3-4 kilograms to perform lab-related tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with testing equipment, android/embedded devices and using software tools.
Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with usage of motion capture systems, robotic arms, android/embedded devices or XR devices.
Familiarity with lab management software and tools.
Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a lab environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
Associate's degree and 3+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
