Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Develop, enhance and manage the AI Governance Application Management system and maintain product roadmaps.
2. Drive solution design and execution of multi-pronged AI Governance efforts that span across platforms and business/technology areas to address enterprise AI needs
3. Implement strategic AI Governance capabilities by working with business and technology partners to document requirements and create action plans.
4. Perform oversight and inspection of critical AI Use Case lifecycle management practices for adherence to established data policies and control frameworks.
5. Lead AI Lifecycle Governance routines for AI Systems in production.
6. Identify issues and work with technology, risk and business partners to triage, track, communicate, mitigate and remediate the issues to closure.
7. Support the production of metrics and measures to track progress and adherence, escalating as needed to various committees for visibility and program accountability.
8. Understand and integrate relevant regulations and industry trends into work plans, exploring emerging frameworks and assessing feasibility using proof of concepts.10. Champion and drive improvement in Enterprise AI Governance and management practices throughout the organization.

1. Bachelor's degree in related field

2. Eight years of financial services experience in roles with increasing responsibilities in technology, artificial intelligence/machine learning, governance, risk or related practice or equivalent education and related training or experience

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree or other graduate or advanced-level certification in Artificial Intelligence
2. Large program strategic planning/execution across multiple functions
3. History of effective performance within shared service, matrix or federated environments
4. Internal or external consulting experience
5. Experience with formalized organizational assessment practices (e.g. Capability Maturity Model), including implementation of recommended improvements
6. Knowledge of machine learning tools and platforms (like Bedrock, Sagemaker) used or relevant certifications.



Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
