Intel Product Operations Strategist

Data Management and Analysis:

  • Collect, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including leading indicators related to product operations.

  • Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track product business and technical KPIs to goals.

Process Improvement:

  • Analyze and optimize product GTM, rollout and launch processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Implement standardized workflows and best practices across product teams across Silicon, software, IP, partner/ecosystem team

  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product managers, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive collaboration and problem-solving.

Tool and System Management:

  • Evaluate, implement, and manage tools and systems that support product operations, such as project management software, data analytics platforms, and collaboration tools.

  • Ensure that tools and systems are used effectively and efficiently by the product team.

Strategic Planning:

  • Support the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on operational data and industry trends.

  • Assist in the prioritization and allocation of resources to maximize product impact.

Documentation and Training:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for product processes, tools, and best practices.

  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure team members are proficient in product operations.


Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, operations, or a related role.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Excel or similar software.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is preferred.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
