• Market research and monitoring of new technologies in the field of AI Art, AI text-to-text, and AI text-to-image generative models that do not require programming;
• Self-testing these models and understanding the maximum possibilities of working with different tools, such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion and Flux, etc.;
• Support the work of artists: identify pain points, collect issues, mentor and support artists in using AI tools, share insights, tips, and techniques on how to use AI Tools for various side hustles effectively;
• Researching and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in AI Tools;
• Set up and adapt AI tools for project needs and optimize workflows;
• Collect datasets for training models tailored to the project style;
• Identify inefficiencies and propose AI solutions to improve operations;
• Promote AI adoption and manage change across departments.

• Strong knowledge of AI art tools and a genuine passion for exploring them;
• Minimum of 2 years of tech art lead-related experience in gaming or digital content production;
• Good understanding of production pipelines and game graphics development;
• Hands-on experience with Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Disco Diffusion, and understanding their strengths and weaknesses;
• Self-motivation: Ability to work independently without constant supervision, taking initiative to start and complete projects proactively;
• Problem Solving: Capability to identify challenges and develop solutions independently;
• Goal Orientation: Focus on setting and achieving personal and team goals, ensuring all tasks align with broader objectives;
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

• Proficiency with graphic software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma;
• Basic skills in 3D software such as Blender;
• Solid skills in composition, anatomy, shape, volume, and color;
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Experience in content production, project management, or setting requirements for IT products;
• Experience in team management and development.
