【職務内容】

SAP IBP（ Integrated Business Planning ）を中心とするサプライチェーン計画のクラウドソリューションコンサルタントとして、顧客のシステムライフサイクル全般をサポート頂きます。 ・構想策定、企画、要件定義、設計、実装、テスト、移行といった導入プロジェクトへの参画だけでなく、システム本稼働後の活用フェーズのサポートもご担当いただきます。本稼働後の成果測定やビジネス改善を通じ、クラウド製品の継続および拡張利用の促進、最新技術を用いたイノベーションの提供など、カスタマーバリュージャーニー全体をリードできることが大きな特徴です。
・サプライチェーン計画コンサルタントは主に以下の製品を担当していただきます。
① Integrated Business Planning （ IBP ）
a.S&OP
b. 需要計画（ Demand ）
c. 在庫計画（ Inventory ）
d. 供給計画と納期回答（ Response & Supply ）
e. コントロールタワー（ Control Tower ）
f.Demand Driven Replenishment
② Cloud Integration for Data Services （ CI-DS ）や Real Time Integration （ RTI ）を用いた ERP 製品（ S/4HANA SD/MM/PP/FI/CO ）との統合
③ OData Service を利用した、 SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) など周辺製品との統合 詳細は以下の通りです。
・顧客のインテリジェント＆サステナブルエンタープライズの実現を支援する SAP ソリューション導入を、長期的な視点で、かつ、エンドツーエンドで支援する
・特に、 SAP デジタルコア（ SAP S/4HANA ）領域及び、 SAP デジタルサプライチェーン領域に関する顧客要件の収集、ソリューションの評価および要件定義 / 設計等の上流工程を中心とした導入支援を行う
・ Fit To Standard(F2S)アプローチに基づき、 顧客要件が SAP ソリューション 及び Best Practices に適合するようにプロジェクトを舵取りする
・顧客の技術要件を正しく理解・文書化し、必要に応じて英語で SAP 内部のニアショア、オフショアメンバーに伝達し、デザイン、開発、テスティングにおける作業品質を管理する
・ソリューションデリバリーにおける品質に責任を持ち、ソリューションの課題解決を行い、また、そのプロセスを管理する
・日本語による顧客対応
・デジタルトランスフォーメーションのロードマップ策定やビジネスケース作成の支援
・デジタルサプライチェーン計画系領域の専門家として、顧客のビジネス課題を明確にし、その課題を解決する SAP ソリューション / サービスを提案する
・顧客のビジネス課題を理解するとともに SAP とより深い議論がしたいという気持ちが高まるように海外のサプライチェーンのエキスパートと共にその場の議論を先導する
・顧客の要件を理解するためにアセスメントを実施し、 SAP ソリューションのバリュープロポジションを確立するとともに、ハイレベルなソリューションアーキテクチャを構築する
・業界毎のサプライチェーンを類型化して、業界固有の課題を SAP の機能にマッピングする
・システムランドスケープやデータフローの現状分析、あるべき姿の議論を行い、安定性、セキュリティ、高い投資対効果が確保できるシステムアーキテクチャ ― を設計する（必要に応じて国内外の技術エキスパートと連携）
・プロジェクト推進の阻害要因となりうる技術課題に対して、顧客へのヒアリングや実機調査を行い、解決策を提案、適用を支援する（必要に応じて国内外の技術エキスパートと連携）

【必須スキル】

・システムコンサルタント又はシステムエンジニアとしての日本における顧客対応の経験（3 年以上）
・サプライチェーン計画系プロジェクト（ S&OP 、 PSI 計画、販売計画・需要予測、生産計画・調達計画・輸配送計画、在庫最適化等 のうちいずれか ）の業務要件分析、システム設計及び実装の経験 2 年以上、もしくは日本企業向けの ERP 、 CRM 、 SCM 等のパッケージ製品およびビジネスネットワークに関連したアプリケーションの導入経験 3 年程度 があること
・サプライチェーン計画パッケージ（ Kinaxis 、 Blue Yonder/JDA/i2 、 Dassault 、 PTC 、 PROFOURS 、 O9 、 Anaplan 、 E2Open など）導入、または、サプライチェーン計画系ソフトウェアのスクラッチ開発における要件定義、設計、実装、移行などのプロジェクト経験が 3 年以上あること　※ SAP S/4HANA 、 IBP 、 APO の経験は任意 ・サプライチェーン領域業務の計画、実行、モニタリングに関する知見
・サプライチェーン計画に関わる業務プロセスや業務要件、需要予測や供給最適化等に関する数理アルゴリズム、分析業務に対する経験や知識
・消費財・ヘルスケア・製薬等のプロセス産業、小売業、またはハイテク ・ 自動車等のディスクリート産業のいずれかの業界に関するサプライチェーンに関する知見
・本職種が関連する顧客部署の担当者との間で、システム的視点を踏まえた業務的視点での建設的な議論・会話を行えるスキル、および経験があること。
・課題に対して、お客様に対して対策案を提示し、解決に導く等、問題解決能力をもつこと。もしくは、そのフレームワークが身についていること。
・困難な状況においても顧客、社員と良好な関係を築ける高い日本語コミュニケーション能力をもつこと。また、社内の他製品担当のコンサルタントと協業・連携できる、英語力・コミュニケーション力をもつこと。
・日本語：流暢（お客様とのコミュニケーションで使用）
・英語：ビジネスレベル（お客様または社内海外エキスパートとのコミュニケーション）

【歓迎スキル】

•導入プロジェクトの提案作成が可能な経験・知識。つまり、何らかのソフトウェア製品を顧客に導入する際に必要な、アプローチ、ソリューション、タスク、体制、工数を論理的に想定でき、それらの妥当性を説明できるシステム導入知識（ ERP 製品であればなお可）。
• 営業とともに顧客訪問しながら、顧客ニーズを正確に把握し、提案書を作成できる能力。
•SAP ERP 以外の ERP 製品知識 •Advanced Business Application Programming 言語知識、開発ご経験。
•自社製品もしくはサービスのロールイン、ロールアウト責任者としてのご経験。
