- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of work experience in polling, market research, public affairs, government, or campaigns.
- 2 years of experience managing opinion research initiatives at an agency or in-house.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience designing qualitative and quantitative research strategies to address strategic goals and generate actionable insights.
- Experience working with communications or marketing teams on reputation research and initiatives.
- Experience working on longitudinal or recurring/tracking studies to understand incremental trends in corporate reputation among specialized audiences.
- Excellent political judgment, with an understanding of how policymakers communicate and what they value.
- Ability to clearly articulate and contextualize data and trends in an accessible manner to internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills.
