BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience scripting in modern program languages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to explain technical terminology to non-technical end users
- Must possess a keen attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service mindset
- Must be highly proactive, self-motivated and directed
- Dedication to and strong aptitude for troubleshooting technical problems
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Extensive software troubleshooting experience
