Key responsibilities:1) Infrastructure maintenance, implementation and support API using the Apigee platform.
2) Maintain SIP based communication to ensure seamless voice and video connectivity within Pindrop’s offerings.
3) Continuous monitoring of API and SIP performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and reliability.
4) Enforce security measures for API and SIP communications including authentication, encryption and compliance with industry standard.6) Create and maintain clear documentation for APIs, SIP configurations, and integration guidelines to facilitate knowledge sharing and support.
7) Identify and resolve issues related to API performance and SIP functionality, providing technical support as needed.
8) Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced SAFe agile environment.
