Product Management
- Research & Opportunity Assessment: Conduct thorough research to identify available data and evaluate opportunities to bring it to life for our suppliers within Data Ventures.
- Coordination: Work closely with product, market business teams, international engineering, market engineering, and Data Ventures cross functional teams to align on goals and ensure delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders, including international and corporate technology leaders, market technology and business partners, to gather feedback and refine ideas. Ensure alignment to all plans exist across corporate and market data offices.
- Data Analysis: Analyze test results to assess viability, identify potential improvements, and gauge fit for use of the data.
- Delivery: Sequence and align a plan to deliver international data assets across data ventures, international data, and market technology teams. Ensure this plan meets Data Ventures commercial commitments and ensure all teams are delivering successfully.
Project Management
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that arise during the validation process.
- Reporting: Regularly update senior management on progress, key findings, and recommendations.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of research findings, development processes, and test results.
- Knowledge Transfer: Share insights and learnings with other teams and departments to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

- You are customer obsessed, collaborative, and data-driven in your product management approach
- You are an innovative thinker and able to synthesize data from multiple sources (including analytics, user research, market research, etc.) to identify unmet needs and develop new data product concepts, from initial use case exploration to complete Go-to-Market recommendation.
- You are able to translate product strategy into detailed requirements, implement, and iterate quickly
- You have the ability to work across partner teams to influence, build trust, and communicate clearly
- You possess a proficient understanding of data, data management and good data practices
- You are familiar with the PDLC and best practices
What you'll do...
- Execute the strategy and roadmap to address customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless product development and delivery
- Serve as the go-to-expert for product offerings, evangelizing our value proposition
- Fortify your connection with your customers to understand their needs to inform the roadmap. Map these opportunities in user stories, flow diagrams, and wireframes.
- Organizing the sprints, prioritizing the product backlog, and providing clarity around requirements to the product development group
- Regularly communicate your product development progress to the rest of the organization
- Define and document functional and non-functional requirements, track prioritization and own timely delivery of products/features through partnership with Engineering, Design and Data stewardship teams
- Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing of functional requirements
