The Senior Consultant/Engineer is responsible for delivery ofhigh qualityenterprise level solutions in support of theMission. This role willand contribute to the engineering discipline during program/project execution via a Combined Engineering model (adherence toan agile scrum model.

This specific Senior Software Engineer will function heavily within the SAP platform in the Finance domains/modules of FI, CO, SD.  This individual will need a solid understanding of both the technology and practices used in these spaces as well as the evolution of requirements into a high-quality, sustainable, and scalable solution.

Lastly, this positionis responsible for

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Design, Software Engineering, OR a related field, OR equivalent alternative education, skills, AND/OR practical experience isrequired.
• Abilityto meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirementsarerequiredfor this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will berequiredto pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• Analyze applications and make necessary changes tooptimizesolutions
• Accurately estimate work/timerequiredto complete tasks
• Assistwith the creation of project plans
• Regularly review backlog and groom user stories andparticipatein various sprint ceremonies
• Participate in the creation of new guidelines and procedures
