Description
- Quarterly Close Support – Prepare or review provision workpapers, including effective tax rate reconciliation, income tax accounts, and uncertain tax positions.- Financial Reporting – Prepare and review financial statement footnotes and disclosures related to income tax matters.- Financial Audit Management - Liaise with financial auditors and manage information request submission process.- Income Tax Forecast – Support monthly financial forecast process, including tax rate modeling
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years progressive experience with audit of financial reporting for income taxes at a professional services firm and/or U.S. multinational firm
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience with audit of financial reporting for income taxes at a public accounting firm preferred
  • Extensive ASC 740 preparation and review experience for publicly traded multi-national companies
  • Experience with tax process improvement a plus
  • Entrepreneurial with strong data analytical skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills in a highly collaborative environment
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,200 and $255,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
