Your key responsibilities

As an Oracle Fusion Cloud – Team Lead, you'll lead a team of Oracle Fusion experts, taking responsibility for implementation projects, ensuring the compliance of project deliverables with standards, and guide a team of developers. You’ll communicate with stakeholders while demonstrating a proactive, solution-oriented approach to learning new technologies. Here you find a more exhaustive list:

  • Oversee requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies
  • Run client design reviews and discussions from offering to actual delivery
  • Lead a team of technical or functional consultants working in various projects
  • Be the ultimate expert in mapping client requirements against like General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management
  • Take responsibility for the delivery, drive the projects as an owner
  • Should be able to interpret functional requirements from onsite and able to deliver and design it from offshore
  • Design module specific solution in the context of the integrated Oracle Fusion
  • Capable of handling Solution Design /Functional Fit-Gap /Training/Testing sessions
  • Assist business user during CRPs/SITs/UATs
  • Prepare test scripts and test cases
  • Conduct trainings
  • Manage the team of experts in a long run, having a vision of developing the people

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience working in Oracle ERP fusion finance (or the previous products)
  • Should have been in lead position in at least 4 full life cycle implementations in Fusion finance modules
  • Managed a team of technical people in the hereby described area
  • Experience of having key client facing delivery role
  • Be master in financial or equivalent education

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • German or French skills
  • MBA/CA/CMA/CFA qualifications
