- Prepare, present, and review change requests, status reports, implementation plans, and recommend resources to execute.
- Create a collaborative environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and learning; promote continuous improvement.
- BA/BS/Masters in a technology-related field and/or equivalent years of experience working in technical program management or cybersecurity.
- 8+ years of technical program management experience with a proven track record of delivering business value.
- Experience with Agile Development, Scrum Project Management.
- Experience with cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and principles.
- Passion for the cybersecurity domain.
- Strong understanding of security concepts applied within a cloud-first environment.
- Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Successful experience working, collaborating, and establishing credibility and relationships with leadership, colleagues, and clients.
- Ability to adapt, be flexible, and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams.
The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
- The estimated base salary range for this role is $169,000 - $236,200.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
