As a Cash Operations Transaction Processing Team Leader within our finance department, you will be responsible for funding accounts, monitoring account balances, and reconciling daily statements to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide overall supervision to the staff during the shift operating window.
- Ensure completion of all work items as per the agreed timetable.
- Monitor exceptions and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency.
- Identify training requirements for team members.
- Track procedural changes and ensure team awareness.
- Coordinate with business and treasury teams to determine appropriate funding requirements.
- Perform reconciliation to identify break reasons and reach out to businesses to close breaks.
- Monitor and validate overdraft and credit interest charges.
- Partner with the global projects team to ensure seamless rollouts of enhancements and onboarding or offboarding of accounts from Cash Management systems.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of Banking Operations
- Computer navigation skills
- College degree and four or more years of banking experience in a leadership role or four or more years of Banking Operation Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
