12+ years of HR Business Partnership experience with at least 5 years in a VP/Director level leadership position
Significant experience in tech companies at scale of 500 employees at least, ideally within a SaaS environment
Proven expertise in scaling people functions for high-growth organizations
Demonstrated ability to set and execute people strategies that align with business goals
Proven experience in supporting Go-To-Market functions, including sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of key business metrics
Extensive background in advising and partnering with C-level executives on strategic HR initiatives, aligning people strategies with business goals
In-depth knowledge of Compensation & Benefits strategies, alongside expertise in developing and executing Talent Acquisition plans to attract top talent
Strong decision-making and strategic problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments
Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive continuous improvement, measure the impact of people strategies, and ensure alignment with business outcomes
