Essential Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Integrated Campaign Strategy- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for APAC that drive brand awareness, comprehension, and product adoption.
- Shape and support the global CBT strategy, ensuring it is built from APAC insights and scaled globally.
- Translate PayPal’s value proposition into compelling narratives across all customer touchpoints.
- Balance brand-building with agile campaign responses to market and macroeconomic shifts.
Campaign Development & Execution- Lead integrated campaigns across APAC to fuel awareness, consideration, and acquisition.
- Partner with content, lifecycle, and commercial teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Manage creative development and localization of campaign assets for regional impact.
- Ensure campaigns are data-driven, measurable, and optimized for sign-ups and growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with Product Marketing (PMM) to ensure product positioning is consistently embedded in campaigns.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to align campaigns with market priorities and customer needs.
- Partner with content, lifecycle, and digital teams to drive cohesive execution across the full customer journey.
- Act as a regional voice in global forums, ensuring APAC insights guide global campaign planning.
Customer Acquisition & Growth- Drive upper funnel growth through new customer acquisition, focusing on sign-ups, onboarding, and engagement.
- Monitor brand health, awareness, and acquisition metrics; identify opportunities for accelerated growth.
- Leverage analytics to measure effectiveness, refine strategy, and maximize ROI.
- Proactively surface opportunities to showcase PayPal’s value proposition in ways that resonate with APAC audiences.
Global CBT Support- Support the Director in building and executing the global CBT strategy, with APAC as its foundation.
- Contribute to global campaign development, ensuring regional alignment and scalable activation.
- Lead short-term, agile marketing responses to macroeconomic and competitive shifts.
Requirements
- 8+ years in integrated marketing, brand, or campaign management, ideally in financial services, fintech, or global B2B/B2C brands.
- Proven ability to design and execute integrated campaigns that drive customer acquisition.
- Strong experience in creative development, campaign orchestration, and regional execution.
- Skilled collaborator across product, commercial, content, lifecycle, and analytics teams.
- Data-driven, with ability to translate insights into growth-focused strategies.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed environment with regional-market depth.
