What your job will look like:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle daily scheduling tasks.
  • Lead and optimize administrative processes and internal projects within the group.
  • Assist with communications, email management, meeting materials, and various ad hoc projects.
  • Prepare and modify presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
  • Attend meetings, summarize discussions, and proactively follow up on action items.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate closely with the group’s senior leadership.
All you need is:
  • BA/MBA degree graduate - Advantage
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills – Hebrew & English.
  • Strong proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage a high workload efficiently.
  • Fast learner, independent, and a proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail.
