We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and client-focused Theming Faux Rock and Facades Supervisor to oversee the design and execution of themed environments that captivate and engage audiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire process of creating faux rock structures and facades for various projects, ensuring that our artistic vision is brought to life with precision and quality. Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating with designers, architects, and construction teams to develop innovative yet practical solutions that align with the brand identity and project goals.   • Supervise the design and construction of faux rock features and themed facades
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and construction teams to ensure alignment with design intent
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
  • Mentor and train junior staff on best practices and creative techniques
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Manage client communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Here's what you'll need
  • Proven experience in faux rock and themed facade construction
  • Previous experience working on a themepark project
  • Strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects and designs
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of materials and techniques used in themed environments
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, design, or a related field preferred
