A Degree in Instrumentation Engineering Discipline
- 10–12 years in detailed design engineering with Consultants and exposure to project, construction preferably the following experience. |
Detailed Instrument engineering activities for industrial projects like FMCG and chemical industries covering DCS, PLC, SCADA and foundation field bus, various types of layouts, procurement activity for instrument items covering preparation of enquiry specification, review of quotes and preparation of TR, preparation of order specifications, review of vendor drawings, review of instrument content for mechanical packages. |
Exposure / experience on DCS, PLC, SCADA based control system including FAT, SAT and commissioning of control system used in above mentioned industries. |
Making work hour estimates for proposals (where / as applicable). |
Preparation / making cost estimates. |
Conversant with the latest state of art technology like Foundation Field Bus Control System, Safeguarding Control Systems, etc. Conversant with ELV system and BMS/EMS |
Maintaining QA norms |
Maintaining good relations with Clients and vendors. |
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOB :
- Timely completion of designs and requisitioning.
- Adherence to Dept./Group working Instruction and QMs Manual
- Performance in his area of responsibility
- Provision of technical expertise in this function
- Assistance to Dept. Head/Discipline Head
- Carrying out duties and responsibilities as Lead Engineer when assigned to a project.
