Key Responsibilities:

• Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise)
• Configuration, Diagnoses Fault, repairs and Programming of building services (e.g. HVAC, BMS control, and Third-Party Systems)
• Software load and Configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required
• Minor Project management of service projects and small works
• Navigate and interrogate BMS / Security / ICT interfaces

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Electrical and or Electronic Technician or Equivalent
• 3+ years’ proven background in the servicing and maintenance of technical equipment
• DDC experience: - Knowledge of DDC and controls systems
• Electrical experience: - Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching
• Instrumentation experience – Knowledge of instrumentation devises and control applications
