In this role, you will:

• Leverage existing reporting and create new reporting to help "tell the story" behind the financial results of the CBCC business

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Finance, Reporting, and Business partners

• Develop and enhance financial, business and product analytics and metrics to support business strategies and leadership decision-making to drive improved financial outcomes

• Partner with CBCC LOB Support Finance team to ensure reporting is meeting team needs

• Leverage data and reporting to enhance CBCC balance sheet and revenue forecasting projections

• Support various Governance and FP&A activities as necessary

• Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives as a technical professional

• Analyze important issues and complex situations using data to derive actionable insight

• Ad hoc reporting and analysis

• Provide a broad expertise and unique skills used to develop company objectives and standards

• Contribute to large scale planning such as economic research in support of management decision making for a CBCC

• Perform work on significant and unique issues involving data and evaluation or highly complex situations

• Develop strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planning

• Lead team to meet the implementation of complex projects impacting one or more lines of business

• Establish effective and efficient reporting delivery that meets brand standard and internal control standards

• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• BS/BA in Business, Finance or Accounting

• 4+ years of experience with Reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI and Commercial Banking reporting tools such as WCDIR, ProfitView, and Essbase

• Familiarity with the Commerical Banking businesses

• Effective and powerful communicator, both oral and written

• Ability to interact with and provide support to senior leaders and executives

• Excellent visual/verbal data summarization and presentation skills

• Demonstrated analytical skills and self-driven desire to investigate financial issues

• Capable of interpreting and communicating complex financial data to all levels of management in a clear and concise format

• Strong analytical skills including financial metrics analysis

• Knowledge/understandingof report analysis: emphasis on accuracy and telling a story with supporting details

• Strong attention to detail

• Experience participating on project teams/workstreams with priority on process improvements
