- 4 years of experience in product research in an applied research setting, or similar.
- 2 years of experience with R or Python in data manipulation, computational statistics, and modeling.
- Experience in programming languages used for data manipulation and computational statistics (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB, C++, Java, or Go).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.
- 3 years of experience working with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
- 2 years of experience conducting UX research on products, managing projects, and working in a changing organization.
- Experience in data visualization techniques and evaluating machine learning models.
- Experience with multivariate statistics and the design of experiments.
- Ability to write efficient queries to extract and format data with SQL.
