You will be responsible for risk management, governance, oversight and stakeholder management of our technology and cyber exception management program and a centralized service function that will support our tech and product risk guides. You will lead the team in the day to day management of these program and necessary governance routines. You will lead this team on identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation and then work to execute those positions. You will assist with our stakeholders, product team. tech partners on the destination state development of the maturation of the exceptions program to our future state ExceptionsOne Platform. You will closely collaborate with your partners to provide requirements and expectations that provide best in class reporting that enable decision-making by accountable executives. You will lead a team that will provide central services back out to your customers including exceptions reviews, reporting, audit support, and serve as a touchstone to ensure consistent execution of our tech and product risk guides. You will be responsible for educating stakeholders and drive the adoption of new processes associated with your services. You will also develop and implement oversight processes to validate compliance with the framework and associated processes.
Responsibilities:
Sets direction, manages expectations, and lead cross-functional teams through various initiatives
Develop and maintain the program roadmap in strong partnership with product and tech counterparts; drive, prioritize, and execute an agenda to deliver tangible results
Lead a team of risk professionals in governance and technology system development activities in support of the program
Demonstrate the ability to provide guidance, expertise, and support for on-going program and process improvements for exceptions management within the ServiceNow system
Develop and implement oversight processes to validate compliance with the the programs you own supported by associated processes
Lead team through evolving and expanding technology landscape
Collaborate with partners in Enterprise Services, Technology, Cyber and Non-Tech teams across the organization
Participates in risk and other management forums and contributes to continuous improvement of risk and project / program management practices
Uses analytical and process management skills to identify opportunities to improve risk management processes that transcend the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd lines of defense
Leverages technology risk expertise to evaluate exceptions for efficacy and validity and appropriately provides feedback to requestor and senior management
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or military experience
At least 10 years of project or process management experience
At least 10 years of people leadership experience
At least 10 years experience in Technology Risk Management (1st or 2nd line) or Technology Internal Audit
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree
Proven experience in leading strategic initiatives across large groups
Exceptional analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, sound independent judgment and meticulous attention to detail
Highly effective in rapidly changing environments
Experience in a regulated environment
Expert knowledge of technology processes in a cloud environment including emerging technologies
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project management certification
CISA, CRISC, or CISSP certifications
