Job Summary:
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Implement and configure the SAP SD module to meet business requirements, including sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
- Analyze and map client business requirements to SAP capabilities within the SD module.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to gather requirements and educate end-users on SAP SD functionalities.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, such as functional specifications, configuration documents, and process flows.
- Collaborate with other SAP module specialists to ensure seamless integration across the SAP landscape.
- Perform system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and optimal performance.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to the SAP SD environment based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
Experience:
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in SAP SD.
- Successfully completed at least two end-to-end implementations.
- Proven experience with SAP SD module implementation and support.
- Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role.
- Experience in working in client-facing delivery roles, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

- Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes and best practices.
- Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide mentorship to team members.
- Excellent communication skills for translating functional requirements into design documents.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, while independently driving key deliverables.
Education:
- Graduate from a reputed educational institution.
- SAP certification in Sales and Distribution (preferred).
Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for client site work (domestic and international).
