We are looking for a new ENR colleague (f/m/d) with the following qualities:
• A genuine passion for driving client success and delivering business outcomes related to business transformation initiatives.
• Proven industry knowledge in energy oil and gas industry sector.
• A collaborative networker to build an external and internal network, who does not shy away from a complex matrix organization or challenging client engagements.
• A curious mind to stays abreast with newest developments driving digital transformations as well as the top industry and business trends; uses this knowledge to drive the SAP transformation story with customer engagements.
• Expertise in energy Oil & Gas downstream and commercial industry processes and industry solution configuration and implementation.
• Business development support: proactively collaborating on opportunities and supporting sales trajectories. Influences SAP’s customers to maximize their investment into SAP solutions and effectively increasing cloud adoption.
• A hands-on mentality to troubleshoot key customer issues when required and the ability to drive issues to successful resolution.
• Minimal bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Expert knowledge of industry processes and trends in:
o Energy, Oil and Gas
o Petrochemicals
• Expert knowledge of processes, and SAP solutions in any of the following process areas:
o Oil and Gas refining, downstream and commercials.
o Lubricants manufacturing.
o Commodity Trading.
o Commodity supply chain.
• Current knowledge of IT trends and their impact on business strategies with specific focus on the latest SAP solutions
• Excellent (written and verbal) communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership skills to act as team lead in transformations.DESIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
We are looking for a balance of the following:
• Experience within the industry/process area domains listed in the skills section.
• Broad experience of SAP's portfolio of solutions and specific detailed experience of delivering solutions for industries listed above.
• Proven track record of business transformation and/or SAP solution implementation experience as team lead.
• Consulting/Advising experience across the customer transformation lifecycle, with specific experience in any of the following areas as a plus (but not mandatory):
o Data management
o Project management
o Deal support and pre-sales
o Business process management
o Fit to Standard program mindset.
