Essential Responsibilities:
- Consult with prospects to handle technical product questions and provide guidance
- Collaborate with the Product Team to gather and refine requirements for new features
- Implement collateral materials to communicate and educate clients
- Execute RFPs (Request for Proposal), Statements of Works, and Proposals
- Present competitive analysis to internal teams and suggest improvements
- Act as the main technical point of contact for clients and set up test accounts
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience with Payments (Credit Card, Banking, Online, Offline), especially with e-commerce systems, payments gateways, and payment processors, is highly valued.
- 3+ years of experience in Solutions and/or Integration Engineering or Professional Services, preferably with large to enterprise-level companies engaged in e-commerce.
- 1+ years of industry experience with OEM devices or mobile systems.
- 3+ years of experience with system discovery process, requirements gathering, systems architecture, or development.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $94,000 to $156,200
