What you`ll do
Summary:
- Support with preparation and organization of internal/ external meetings, presentations, events, and trips
- Prepare and update materials, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel spreadsheets for meetings and presentations
- Support administrative tasks for the BDC&I Executive Management Office
- Compile information of strategic & operational programs
- Help to prepare, execute, and follow up on meetings with stakeholders and respective action items
- Monitor action items and manage reminders
- Support day-to-day business operations and meetings, Board meetings and Board requests
- Help to support internal projects
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Economics, International Management, Business Informatics or comparable
- Commitment to operational excellence in assigned tasks
- Professional and impeccable conduct towards colleagues and customers, keeping cultural differences top of mind
- Flexibility, integrity and confidentiality
- Good verbal and non-verbal communication and relationship building skills;
- Structured and organized working style, as well as the ability to think outside of the box
- Good PowerPoint and design skills – no developer skills needed
- Solid communication skills in written and spoken English, German is advantageous
