The Advanced Project Engr is responsible fordriving multiple projects/programs of OTS for the Refining, Oil and Gas, Miningand Chemical Industries. YOU MUST HAVE 10-15 Years years’ experience in leading multiple projects in stream likeprocess simulation or OTS, customer handling and managing different projectteams.
Excellent understanding ofdifferent products of OTS delivery, simulation software, DCS/ESD interfacing& system architecture. We Value
Ensuretimely delivery of all project/program deliverables with good quality. Drive productivity improvement initiatives.
Identity Risk & Opportunities and plan its mitigation plan. Prepare Cost/Spent plan for project/program and ensure compliance. Monthly participation in internal and regionals SIOP calls.
Monitoring rework hrs. and mitigate action plan to avoid this in future.
Driving OTTR.
Tracking of actual progress with plan activities.
Drive cost and schedule reduction to meet the market demand.
Identify project changes and ensure timely escalation to Project Manager & leadership for necessary commercial/schedule impacts.
Drive Individual development plan (IDP). Manage bigger team of around 20+ Engineers and Vendor team of 10 engineers and their effective Utilization.
Actively drive productivity improvement initiatives.
Vendor Management, effective Utilization, training, R&R, R&O & motivation.
Qualifications BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with implementation experience in Simulationsoftware like UniSim Design, ASPEN HYSYS, Dynsim, etc. YOU MUST HAVE

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- Create specific action plans
