Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.Team Description: The SCCL Finance team within Finance Capital Reporting is focused on the daily and quarterly production, analysis, and reporting as required by the Single Counterparty Credit Limits (SCCL) rule for PNC.Position Overview:This role will manage the Single Counterparty Credit Limits (SCCL) Finance team, which is responsible for the daily and quarterly production and reporting required by the SCCL rule. In addition, this role will ensure the implementation of several key initiatives for the Single Counterparty Credit Limits (SCCL) rule, including, but not limited to: enhancing governance framework; clarifying interpretations of the rule and documentation; addressing consultant observations and provide recommendations on solutions; enhancing controls and processes/procedures; and other ad-hoc projects.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Develop Subject Matter Expertise of the Single Counterparty Credit Limits (SCCL) rule
- Manage and review daily and quarterly production- Coordinate and delegate required tasks across the SCCL Finance team
- Own and maintain the SCCL Finance project plan, which supports key initiatives, and provide regular updates to upper management
- Coordinate across various teams to implement tasks associated with the project plan- Enhance documentation, including procedures and interpretations documentA strong understanding of SCCL is preferred.Job Description
  • Manages a team (or multiple teams) that conduct research and discovery, and collect and interpret business and/or IT requirements, and participates in the development and review of processes and procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting.
  • Leads business analysts in the collation and articulation of business requirements; ensures strategic alignment between applicable functions. May lead in the collation of complex IT requirements.
  • Communicates with key stakeholders on the establishment of expectations and priorities, to support business processes.
  • Consults on business cases, referring to scope, objectives, budget, schedule and risk assessment, while considering how these aspects integrate with other business and IT operations.
  • Establishes metrics and processes to ensure that all requirements are fully met.
