Responsibilities:

• Performance improvement of banks of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan
• Description and optimization of business processes
• Development of credit and settlement products
• Participation in tenders and direct sales of consulting projects (Performance improvement for bank clients)
• Conducting interviews with clients, preparation of slides for project sales
• Data processing and development of financial models in MS Excel
• Preparing presentations in MS Power Point

Requirements:

• Higher education - financial/economic/technical
• Experience in consulting/banking/finance will be an advantage
• Deep understanding of banking business, credit and settlement products
• Understanding key financial indicators of banks
• Power Point, advanced Excel skills, ability to build financial models of banking products and projects
• Russian and English - advanced level
