We assist the executive management in overseeing the firm’s operations. Key responsibilities includes:

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Cypress/Playwright.
Maintain and enhance the automation framework to support API and UI automation.
Work closely with the development team to understand code changes and promote early testing ('Shift Left').
Develop and execute API automation tests to ensure high-quality service integration.
Contribute to performance testing initiatives to ensure scalability and reliability of our applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test plans.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of our Agile processes.
Actively engage in troubleshooting and debugging issues, providing detailed bug reports.
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies, and be willing to continuously learn and implement new technologies.
Support the maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and frequent releases.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

5-8 years of hands-on experience in test automation with Cypress/Playwright.

5-8 years of hands-on experience in test automation with Cypress/Playwright.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript and its application in test automation.
Strong understanding of API testing and experience with API automation using Cypress.
Working knowledge of performance testing principles and tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Experience with CI/CD tools and understanding of CI/CD practices.
Proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements.
