Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of work experience with Account Management, Ad Operations or Project Management.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in using one business generation or ad serving solutions (e.g., Google Ad Manager, AdSense, AdMob, other solutions).
Experience with streamlining operational processes (e.g., automation) and SQL.
Understanding of the online advertising (i.e., ad serving, business generation solutions) and of key platforms and trends (i.e., desktop, mobile, video).
Demonstrated problem-solving (e.g., understand business generation metrics and derive optimization), operational efficiency (e.g., streamline process flow) and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to be comfortable operating in a rapidly changing industry and work well with a team.
