Closely work with RGM & India Leadership and provide strategic as well as tactical inputs for driving AOP (Yearly Budgets) & STRAP (Multi Year Budgets) Financials.

Be a key part of regular Monthly Financial Review, Project / EAC Reviews, AR / Unbilled / Inventory / AP Reviews, Balance Sheet review, identify Risks & Opportunities and take action accordingly.

Help to Implement initiatives to drive Working Capital improvements. Drive working capital beyond controlling AR.

Drive specific initiatives around Pricing, Book & Bill requirement analysis, Contract Renewals, Service Conversion etc.

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial policies.

You must have:

Understanding of project/services environment

Self-motivated, self-starter, and results oriented individual.

Proficient in SAP, Hyperion, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Working knowledge of US GAAP, SOX Compliance

Comfortable with continuous changes in the work environment. Works well under pressure, with a sense of urgency, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Adept at prioritizing work and coordinating tasks simultaneously.

Able to prepare and present complex data in a simple, understandable manner.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proactively questions current practices, ability to identify root cause and corrective actions and drive improvements.

Ability to learn quickly and improve processes.

Basic Qualifications:

CA/ICWAI/CPA/CMA with 8+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance with strong knowledge of Commercial / Operations finance & Financial Planning & Analysis.

Strong knowledge on advanced excel skills.
