- 5 years of experience working in a creative discipline (e.g., writing, filmmaking, video editing, design, art direction, photography, etc.).
- A portfolio of creative work.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience as a writing creative at an agency or corporate environment.
- Experience with successful collaboration and cross-functional partnerships with global, regional, and local teams.
- Ability to demonstrate new thinking around storytelling and how it is weaved in through-the-line integrated campaigns.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and communicate varying points of view to peers, cross-functional stakeholders, and executive leaders.
- A track record illustrating a multi-discipline foundation, with a strength in Copy.
