Campaign Development: Conceptualize, manage, and oversee with a discerning eye for design quality the execution of compelling creative campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive business objectives.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various teams, such as marketing, sales, and product, to develop a unified and distinctive voice and message, ensuring all creative output aligns with brand guidelines, creative strategy, and business goals.
Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and creative tools, infusing this knowledge into the creative process to keep PayPal at the forefront of innovation. leveraging AI to shape the future of brand-building.

Qualifications:
10+ years’ experience in a creative leadership and brand stewardship role, preferably as a Creative Director, in an agency or in-house setting. Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
Extensive portfolio showcasing innovative creative campaigns.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing creative teams.
Deep understanding of the creative process, including strategy development, conceptualization, and production.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present and sell creative concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
